WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN

Sunset over the hills before moonrise

It was beautiful evening when I was waiting there to see the full moon rising on the opposite side of this sunset. To shorten the wait until the moonrise, I took some pictures of the sunset at this location.

Closing the aperture

I closed the aperture (f/22) to get the sunlight in the shape of a star 😎 . I tried with different apertures – but the best result was by f/22.

Postprocessing

The final picture consists of five images with different EV’s (from -2 to +2). The Exposure Blending is made in Photoshop.
